Is it difficult to prepare my property details?

 
 

Not at all! We have designed a simple form for you to submit your property details. We take care of the design, ensuring that the property is displayed professionally. Your property description is very important to your advert so please take time to describe your property carefully. Remember, you can always edit the text later. Don't worry if you do not have a computer or internet connection at home, we can can help you upload your property details and photos.
 
How important are photos? 
 


Displaying photos of high quality is an essential part of selling your home. We recommend that you display at least 6 photos for maximum results. Traditionally, one photo showing the front of the house is displayed, but research has shown that buyers also want to see the interior, garden and any special features. Each extra photo displayed can double the response.

If you want more professional photos of your property, simply order the 3*** package or above where we will visit your home and take 8 high quality digital photos of the property for you. These services are provided by a professional photographer using a top range digital SLR camera, tripod, lighting and lenses as required - unlike many agents who simply use a pocket digital.  What is a Virtual Tour?
 
 


The ultimate way to advertise your property! These top packages include a virtual tour of your property. It takes approximately one hour or so to film and will be added to your property within 3 working days. The tour consists of two panoramic views using “state of the art” software and the latest high specification digital cameras. This gives potential buyers a real feel for your property. If a photo says a 1000 words, imagine a Virtual Tour. In our opinion “maximum impact for minimum investment.” Extra tours are available for only 49 Euros each.

 

 
 Are floorplans really necessary? 
 

Good question! Only you the seller can really know whether it’s worth the extra minimal investment. The fact is that vendors and buyers love them. Our 5***** package includes skilfully prepared interactive 3D floor plans for illustration purposes.

 
 
 Do I need a for sale board? 
  
Some vendors prefer not to advertise that their property is for sale in this way. For sale boards (subject to availability) are available at €79 each and are yours to keep.

 
 How do I value my property? 
 

An estate agent does not value your property. They specify an asking price which is simply an estimation. In reality, they normally ask you the vendor “how much do you want for the property?” then add on their commissions which, as shown above can be very high! Never accept an agent’s estimation at face value.

Your property is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it no matter what the estate agent tells you. Whether you sell through an agent or by using WHEREPROPERTYSELLS, you still make the final decision. From the start it is important that you keep the following figures in mind:

The entire Costa Blanca, Valencia region (officially North of Denia) and Murcia. However, this is divided into 5 distinct areas, North, South and Mid Costa Blanca, Murcia and Valencia. Use the web site map to carefully select the region you wish to advertise your property in.

 How do I submit my property to the web site? 
 


Ready to advertise your property on WHEREPROPERTYSELLS? Firstly you will need to register by completing the registration form. Here you will enter your e-mail address and chosen password. Remember, inquiries from prospective buyers are sent to the e-mail address that you enter!

Now submit your property details in full as requested on the forms. Please ensure that you complete all the boxes provided as well as supplying an interesting property description. After all, you are the seller! To save time, we suggest that you prepare this in advance using a word processor and simply copy and paste the text into the WHEREPROPERTYSELLS form when submitting your property description. Detail the property’s features, fixtures and fittings, views, locality, accessibility (motorways, stations, schools, cities, airports etc). Write out the text exactly as you want it to appear.

Note: You will need to provide your e-mail address and at least one telephone number so we can forward you inquiries. Your e-mail address will not be shown on your advert ensuring complete privacy.
